FAQs FOR PARENTS
-
For the safety and security of our students, we kindly request that you check in at the First Time Here table to receive a lanyard to wear during one of our services.
This allows our Security Team to verify that you are approved to be in the building, but you are neither a background-checked adult nor a volunteer Youth Leader.
-
We do not feed students dinner at Youth, but we do occasionally have snacks and special events where food is provided.
-
All of our Youth Leaders apply to serve in Youth. Once their application is submitted, all of our Youth Leaders are background checked. Finally, they meet with our Youth Director and are trained in on Youth Ministry, they sign a Leader Commitment ensuring unity in beliefs, values and morals.
-
Wednesday Night Youth Ministry is a weekly service specifically for students currently in 6th - 12th grade, with no sign-up required. Our Wednesday Night services include worship, community-driven small groups that are split by grade and gender, and a message that points students back to the Word of God.
-
You can drop off your child beginning at 6:30pm at the main entrance. If your child is new, we have a New Student First-Time Table Check-In table at the very front of our lobby as they enter.
We will ensure they get checked in and introduced to their Youth Leader. You can pick up at the same main entrance doors beginning at 8:30pm.
